Accidental Purchase of an Online movie - Needing a refund
Sat on the remote and somehow a $19.99 purchase occurred. Have not been able to submit a ticket claiming accidental purchase. Tried calling. Tried using the poor excuse of an "assistant". I already set up a PIN so it won't happen again. Can anyone help me get this purchase reversed?

@1234moon Hi there! Thank you for reaching out. I have had the same thing happen with remotes, phones, tablets! Even with a PIN set up I have seen it happen, but no fear we will help out. In some cases if the program is not watched and only plays for a few moments the system will identify it as an accidental purchase, however I always like to make sure. I see that you already sent over a direct message I will follow up with you there to have this taken care of.
