Access to Direct Messages

Hi, I would like access to DMs to help resolve a billing issue created by a live agent. They provided misinformation, changed my plan, and when I switched back to my original plan it was $10 more than I was originally paying. I never would have changed my plan had I known this and the agent essentially lied to me about the services he was providing me. 

Can someone help get me access to DMs with customer service?

To send a Direct Message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Messaging chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
