Access the bills of closed account

Hi,

 

I just moved my internet service from my old place to the new one. It seems the account with the old place has been closed. Now I need to access the bills of the closed account.  Could you help me do that? Thanks!

Hello, waves_ur! Welcome to the Xfinity Forums.

If you just transferred service you should be able to still use the My Account app to see your billing history. If they aren't showing, then please send me a private message with your first and last name, as well as your service address so I can get that fixed for you.

Hello, I'm having the same issue. I have a closed account from another address I'd like to access. I even have  the account number for it. would you be able to retrieve the statements from that account for me?

I too am having the same issue. I need my Jan and Feb statement in order to receive reimbursement for working from home. Can you please help?

Good morning, @user_45b788. I know how important it is to be able to reimbursed for working from home. Have you tried the My Account App yet to access those older statements?
