access my account to see the transactions

I have prepaid program NOW. I used the internet service for whole July, But I have been unable to access my account. The system shows no service on my ID. I have been unable to access my account. So I don't see record of transactions of my account. I don't see xfinity charging my credit card account. So I think the payment has not done yet.

I have chatted with your agents online many times, just repeat telling the story but the issue is still the same..
