Access denied payment

Can not make a payment because it says access denied I made a payment last week and it went through on Xfinity pay bill

I too am denied access to pay my bill online. paid on line month and went well. you make it impossible to talk to a real agent in customer service.

Hello, @user_i3q5fm. Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums, you have contacted the right place in regard to the payment concern. We have recently updated to ensure account security, when making a payment online you need to be signed in to your account. 

 

If you're having issues making a payment while signed in you can attempt to use the Xfinity Assistant: https://www.xfinity.com/chat/

 

You can also call into 1-800-XFINITY and make a one time payment through our automated system, just say make payment, and you will be directed to the correct prompt.
