Access bill from previous service address

I have a claim that I need to provide a bill from an old address that I had service for from 2019-2020. I can see the old address on my account, but it won’t let me access any of the bills. How can I access a previous billing statement from an old address?

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_jtj2te. I would be happy to look into that billing question for you from here. Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for that service?

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

Perfect, thank you very much for helping me secure your account, and for being with us out there too. I do not have access to the older billing information, but I can see if we can submit a request for those from the Eugene location. Is the email address and contact number on the current account still the best method of contact?

That would be much appreciated. Yes, it’s the same email and phone number on my current account. Thank you!

@XfinityJohnG Hi John, I am new here at the forum and I am also looking to copies of my statements as well from Dec 2019 - Nov. 2022 for court purposes. I was wondering if this is something you can assist me with? appreciate the help/guidance.

Wr123 We appreciate your time in reaching out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. We don't have the ability to print and mail out bill copies. You can log into the Xfinity app and view the available PDF documents of your billing statements and print from there. I'll be honest with you though, you may not be able to get copies of billing statements going back to 2021, I've lived in my home for four years and I'm only seeing back to April of 2022 myself. I hope this information is helpful.

@XfinityBillie Thanks for your response. I was explained that by law utility companies are required to maintain records for at least 6 years, being an industry standard of 10 years. Is this not the case with Xfinity?  I am aware of the 18 month statement retrieval online.

@Wr123 hi, just wanted to let you know that I never ended up getting access to those bills I mentioned in my post from 2019-2020. I ended up being contacted by a customer service agent and went through a whole inquiry with them looking for it, but still they had nothing to give me at the end of the day. I hope you have a better outcome than I did!

user_jtj2te, You may want to try going by one of our Xfinity stores. They might be able to print out your billing history there.
