Absolutely Frustrated with Xfinity - Ongoing Billing Scam and Zero Accountability

I’ve been a loyal Xfinity internet customer for over 5 years, but after this recent experience, I’m beyond frustrated and seriously reconsidering ever doing business with you again.

A few weeks ago, I spoke with a representative regarding my bill. She helped resolve the issue, though it came with extra charges — fine, I accepted that. Then she pitched me a deal: switch my mobile provider to Xfinity Mobile for just $5 more a month and receive a free phone and smartwatch. I asked her multiple times if that was accurate — she confirmed it.

Fast forward: I receive the devices, and boom, I’m getting charged way more than promised. I spent 3 to 4 hours chatting with agents, going in circles. Eventually, they claimed there was no such offer and told me I had to send the devices back. I did. I even got email confirmation that you received them.

Yet, I’m still being charged. My account shows I owe $250. Good thing I removed my card from the account. I reached out again, and an agent assured me they submitted a claim or some kind of note to resolve it. It’s been days — no follow-up, no fix, no refund for the device taxes I paid upfront.

This whole thing feels like a bait-and-switch. I've wasted time, energy, and money. I'm done going in circles. This is my final message. Fix this immediately, or I will escalate this matter further — publicly and legally if necessary.

Very disappointed and extremely [Edited: "Language"].

Hello, @user_8styv9

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
