ABOUT THE AUTOPAY DISCOUNT

I have set the autopay from bank transfer. However, the $10 discount didn't appear. Can sombody help me? The xfinity assistant didn't help.

Hello ULNAFU01 thanks so much for taking the time to reach out with these billing questions on our Xfinity Forums! The -$10 autopay discount is an amazing benefit, but it does have specific rules that apply.  The discount can take up to 45 days to reflect on your billing statement, as our systems have to account for when it was added.

Thanks for your quick reply. So I need to wait for months? Will there a refund for those discount not sent by time?

So, not that you have to wait, but it just takes time for this to update in our systems.  There would be no refund process as this is an optional discount for you to take advantage of, and if not reflect on this current bill will likely take effect on the next.
