@user_zr30mx if you're looking for a one-time difference in payment date, scheduling a payment in the Xfinity app can be done directly by you. If you're looking to apply for a different date altogether then we have some steps and eligibility guidelines to check through online. It'll best be done while online as not all options may be available in the app directly for changing the date altogether. Let me know if I can help any further.
