Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Comcast has gone way downhill. I frequently pay for two or three months in advance so they stopped sending me a bill. I am not receiving notice of my bill only when it is overdue. I do not receive a paper bill or an email notification only an overdue notice. Maybe Berizon communicates better.

@user_uaaftv We have no setting to just not send a bill but it's possible a paperless bill was set up and you have it on an old email address. Please send us a direct message with your full name and address so we can take a look.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

Autopay doesn't know you paid a bill early.  It's set up to take out on the day the bill is due.
