$90 Unexpected Data Overage Charge – 15+ Year Diamond Customer

Hello, I’m reaching out regarding an unexpected $90 internet data overage charge on my most recent bill.

I have been a Comcast/Xfinity customer for more than 15 years and am currently a Diamond Rewards member. My bill is now $360.36, and an unexpected $90 additional charge is significant and cost prohibitive for my family.

I attempted to resolve this through the Xfinity Assistant several times, but the chatbot keeps disconnecting me before I can get assistance. Unfortunately, I don't have the ability to spend hours on the phone trying to resolve a billing issue.

I’m asking if you would please review the $90 overage and consider waiving or crediting it as a courtesy given my long history with Xfinity. I would also appreciate a review of my current plan to determine whether there is a more affordable option with unlimited data so this doesn't happen again.

I value my long relationship with Xfinity and would really appreciate your help finding a reasonable solution. Thank you.
