8 Days, 9 Reps, 3 Confirmation Numbers — Still No Resolution

I have now spent 8 days straight in chat with Xfinity agents, speaking with 9 different representatives. I’ve been given three separate confirmation numbers, each time being told my issue would be fixed and I would receive a response within 1 to 24 hours. Not a single one of those promises has been kept.

The core problem is simple: Xfinity agents can see a payment plan option on their end, but I cannot see or access it on mine. Instead of resolving that, I am forced to waste over an hour each day having my services temporarily restored, only for the same exact issue to repeat again the following day.

I have specifically requested a supervisor to contact me and asked for detailed notes to be placed on my account, yet nothing has been done and nothing has been explained. At this point, the lack of follow-through is unacceptable.

I am asking for an Xfinity Support representative to escalate this issue immediately and provide a clear explanation and solution. I cannot continue wasting hours of my time on an endless loop of false assurances and repeated service interruptions.
