700$ bill

So I opened an account in Sept 20. Monthly bill should be 80$. So far so good. Today I receive notice that my bill is ready to view - 656$. Whaaaat? I call them and after 4 agents they tell me that it's completely their fault and that a supervisor will take care of me. The supervisor plainly told me : "you had internet? Then pay the whole thing". Ok, i can't afford to pay 656 in a month just because your billing department fell asleep for a few months. I did my part - card on file and enrolled in autopay FROM DAY 1. It was your job to actually charge me MONTHLY! What do I do now?

@edigavri Did you check your statements monthly?  If you weren't charged since September, if you had looked at your statements you should have seen something was wrong.  Plus, autopay doesn't kick in until the 3rd bill.  Going forward always look at your statements every month.  So, just because you put something on autopay doesn't mean you should just ignore the billing statement.  I have had an account with my web hosting company for 15 years that is on autopay, but I always look at my bill!  I always have an account with Amazon that is on autopay and I always pay attention to my bill.  Also, do you get reminders each month that your billing statement is ready?  If so, you might stop ignoring those, too.
