$70 in-home service charge???
I received a $70 charge on my last bill for "in-home service charge" - really? You're charging me for a service charge for your equipment that died and you had to replace so you could keep charging me every month? That seems a bit of an over-reach on your part - I have 3 TVs and ultra-fast internet from you - I've been very pleased so far with the quality of Xfinity but charging charges like this?
