67% rate increase while AT&T offers cheaper & faster service
I have consistently had Xfinity internet service for 29 years. My most recent rate was $45 for 300 Mbps, and the proposed $75 rate is a 67% increase. AT&T offers 500 Mbps for $50 in my neighborhood. I would prefer to remain with Xfinity, but I need an internet-only plan of at least 300 Mbps at a recurring monthly total of $50 to $55 (excluding bank-account autopay discount). Please review every account-eligible promotion at 300 Mbps or faster, including any 12-month agreement. I am not interested in adding mobile, TV, home security, or paid streaming services.
