6 months and counting to try and get my bill corrected. No one from billing will come to the phone, call back

billing, I have tried for 6 months to get my bill corrected. I do not owe Comcast  a penny ,Comcast owes me money. I have spent hours ,weeks trying to get this problem resolved but no one from billing will come to the phone or call you back. Their employees do not have access to billing data. I am about ready to lose my mind. This is unlawful. I want to cancel my services and no one will do it for me. They put me on endless hold or transfer me to someone who tries to sell me more services. This is insane. I hate this company. This family will never use their services again. And I am going to tell every person I can about my horrible experience with Comcast.
