$50.00 stolen from my bank account before Comcast account finalized

I was charged $50.00 from my bank account before I even finished the process to set up my account.  I was called away from my computer after inputting my debit card.  As a result, I have 1) no account and 2) a theft of $50.00 for services that I cannot access.  Your tools to connect me with a live person keep telling me that there is a problem and I cannot be connected.  I want an email that I can actually send my info to to get this straightened out.  I am already disgusted with Comcast and I haven't even started service!!!  I have never seen anything like this before.
