50% Savings from Phone Number [Edited]

I received a voicemail from this number, [Edited: "Possible Scam Number"], saying if I called today I would save 50% off my monthly bill from Xfinity. Is this a scam or real?  When I called the number back, it does answer saying it is Xfinity.
