5 Years of lies and discrimination

I have been a loyal Xfinity customer since September 2020. Paid all of my bills on time, no partial payments, did everything I was told or asked of me. However, since becoming an Xfinity customer in 2020 I have gotten nothing but lies, discrimination, verbal, abuse, and overcharged, and stolen from, and now I’m left without a phone. I am legally blind in both eyes. I have no vision, no colors no lights no shapes no shadows. I can see nothing. My phone is my connection to the outside world. It is my way of calling for help if I fall, get hurt, or get confronted by a tenant in the building. Since becoming a customer with Xfinity in 2020, I have been taken advantage of, my bills have only gotten higher, with the promise of them being lower, I have lost Services, lost several dollars, and now after purchasing a galaxy S25 ultra and an iPad, I no longer have access to either one of those devices as they deactivated them both as of today. on June 27. I ordered two galaxy S 25 ultra devices. I ordered them and was promised two promotions which would be applied to each device. The first promotion was a trade-in promotion. if I sent in my galaxy S 24 and my galaxy a 54, the remaining device balance would be paid off, and a credit would be applied to each line. Both lines were to have a galaxy S 25 ultra. The second promotion was for each line you upgrade from unlimited to premium unlimited, you get credits towards a new 5G device. The email said, and I quote upgrade from your existing unlimited plan to premium unlimited and get a 5G device on us. The representative on the 27th did not apply those promotions, and I had to fight all the way up until July 23 and ended up by having to go to Xfinity in Manchester and speak with Adam from corporate, in order to get the problem fixed according to Adam. They turned my device off about a week before July 23 when I called in and found out that none of the promotions had been honored and they had informed me I was too late, and that if I had wanted those promotions, I needed to take advantage of them while they were available. I explained to the representative that when I bought the devices, I had informed him of my choices to do the trade-in and upgrade to premium unlimited for both lines. He did not do this, which resulted in a $225 phone bill. I told her I could not afford that bill, and she informed me that she would shut off a line of my choice. So I had her shut my line off. On the 23rd I explained all of this to Adam, he said those promotions did exist, and I was eligible, and he filed a ticket for me to get those promotions, and get the credits. They declined the ticket. I just found out after calling today, that they declined all of the tickets, and are still taking payments from my wife off of her card for my device after taking $1191 from my mother on July 21, which was also supposed to be reversed on July 23 when I spoke with Adam. He told me that in order to have the promotions put in place on my account. I would need to refund my mother‘s purchase and take over the payments on the remaining balance for the device. I explained to him that would be fine if the promotions were active so I could afford to pay the bill. He promised me that those promotions would be active and instated on my account, and my mother‘s money would be refunded, and I would have a bill that I could afford. $130 a month. That was supposed to be for 2 lines each of which has a galaxy S 25 ultra and a protection plan, and was supposed to be hooked to the premium unlimited plan which I had told Adam I would upgrade too during our talk on July 23. he promised me everything we talked about would be applied and approved, I would be switched to premium unlimited for each line, the trade-ins were received, and the credits were being applied to the account. After being told by the representative I spoke with today that I would be receiving none of those promotions and I would be paying full price for the devices and my bill would be again $225, I was forced to have my phone deactivated once more. This is not the first time I have been lied to. Since June 27, they have promised me a free galaxy smart watch, on the grounds that the Xfinity rewards and promotions offered were not able to be used by someone who is visually impaired or legally blind such as I am. The galaxy smart watch was supposed to be a special offer for me because I generally did not get to take part in any Xfinity rewards whether it is Xfinity mobile or otherwise, and this galaxy watch was offered to me by a representative named Joshua. They told me that I was lying, that promotion has never existed for any customers not even diamond or platinum, and that the most that they would give would be $150 off of a smart watch. my first experience with Xfinity in 2020 was being lied to as well. I was purchasing an iPhone 12 Pro, and I was supposed to be porting my number from MetroPCS to Xfinity. The representative put me on hold for almost 15 minutes, got back on the phone with me and told me my number was being ported and when I activate my phone, the number will be there. Upon receiving the phone and activating it, I was given a new number, told the number had not been ported, and told I would be paying full retail price for the phone. My bills have been outrageous, the promotions. I am being told I have or I am eligible for, they never give me, and they tell me I am lying or tell me there is no such promotion. I have started recording my calls and have recordings of several calls since June 27. Calls stating that I could choose a free galaxy, smart, watch of my choice, calls, stating that my trade-ins of the galaxy S 24 and a 54 have been received and they are for some reason not accepting the trade-in from the warehouse and for some reason not giving me any credits. The remaining device balance for each line was supposed to be waived and credits were supposed to be applied for the fact that my trade in devices both came back in excellent condition, and were received as instructed. I had even sent them in on time and have receipts and email stating this. I even have printed receipts from the carrier. I brought the trade in devices into personally with my case manager. The United States post office themselves give me receipts for each device that I had sent in. I have the email about the promotion of upgrading your existing Xfinity mobile line to premium unlimited and receiving a free 5G device. I have recordings of Joshua, a fellow by the name of MANTEED, a lady named Trish, and a couple of other liars who have made my life a living [Edited: Language], and made it so I no longer have a working phone, I still do not have a galaxy, smart, watch, and now the iPad, I just received as an apology from Xfinity according to Mary whom I spoke directly to on August 5. That is now inactive as well. I am trying to find a lawyer to represent my case, as I have been discriminated and lied to for five years, I have overpaid for my services that I have been given, and I no longer wish to pay for the discrimination, the verbal abuse and the lies. I would feel better if I could be released from Xfinity services altogether, my devices could be unlocked and paid off, and I could transfer them to a different carrier altogether and continue with my life without being abused lied to discriminated against used, hurt, manipulated, and being told that I am the liar and being told I am the person wrong. I also want to be free of Internet and TV services, as I have been lied to and taken advantage of on that end as well. They made me switch from flex to Zummo, and the box has no accessibility. The accessibility shortcuts do not work, the screen reader does not turn on, whether you use the shortcut or you go into the settings manually. The voice commands suck, and most of the other functions on the box work very in frequently. Our bills are forever changing with cable and Internet, and they send us on wild goose chases for products that either don’t exist, or are not available yet. I can no longer afford to be able to pay for my Xfinity services and pay for my food and rent so now I have to go without my services which means I can no longer receive help from blind services or Medicaid transportation because they require you to have a personal cell phone. The government cell phone providers have also all used and manipulated and lied to me and given me devices that are out of date and do not come with screen readers or the ability to be used by a blind person, so that leaves me alone without a working device, or a way to call for anyone if anything happens. Thank you, Xfinity.
