5 Year Price Guarantee

How can I get the 5 year price guarantee? I've seen ads in my area for 1 gig speeds for $70/month. I tried using the Xfinity Assistant to see how to get this rate, but it keeps sending me a link for info on plans at higher prices than I'm paying now.

Hello, @user_4en9xo thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. That is a great question, for the 5-year price lock I've seen to get the lowest rate for that promotion you need to be either a new customer or an existing customer that is moving to a new location. When going to our website: https://www.xfinity.com/overview and clicking on the advertisements"pricing and other info" hyperlink, it does say that this is limited to new customers. The Xfinity Assist is showing pricing that would be available based on the eligibility requirements, and not qualifying for certain pricing.

Please let me know if you have any other questions I can help answer.
