$5 discount for linking bank account

I have set up the autopay/paperless billing and receive a $5 discount. I would also like to receive the $5 discount for linking my bank account. I linked my account in the xfinity app, but the discount did not update. Can someone assist?

Same issue here.  How do I know that by using my bank account Xfinity will give me $5 discount.

@user_20057d Hello! Has it been at least 45 days since the bank account was linked? It will take up to 45 days for the discount to apply. If it has been, then please create your own post detailing your concerns, and we would be happy to assist.
