Most of the time, we are able to change/remove a service at the same time as changing the plan on any remaining services. There can be issues if you do not have the correct equipment to complete any order. To be sure, you already have the internet with your TV services, and you are just downgrading to internet only. Is that correct?

Yes, all I did was remove my cable plan and one box from my account. I’ve always had my one gig Internet plan.
