$44 bill increase — need help renewing my loyalty discount

Hello! My monthly internet bill increased from $81.54 to $125.54 after my $44 loyalty discount expired on September 6, 2026.

I’ve been an Xfinity customer since September 2023. Could you please renew my loyalty discount or offer a promotion that would bring my total monthly bill back to around $80, including equipment and unlimited data? I would prefer to keep my current 400 Mbps speed.

I have tried Xfinity Assistant several times on different days, but it does not respond to my messages or connect me to a live agent.

Could an official employee please help me here and let me know how to continue through private messages? I prefer written communication rather than a phone call.
