400$ credit never applied since dec2025
I want to resolve this issue urgently because im calling every month to fix this which comes to the point of frustration.
I bought iphone 16 and iphone 16 plus they said its on promotion for 400$ off but whoever placed the order never applied the discount even on statement it show one number even thought i had 2 different number. I want someone to look into my account . On your end i might have 2 ids as i get email that my number is deleted and then i will get higher bill . I have being calling to customer service so many times now
kindly look into his matter and i want one representative looking into this matter not different person every time.
