$40 per month 5 years guaranteed

Hi, I need help with a billing correction. I signed up for a plan that is guaranteed at $40 per month for 5 years, but my upcoming bill is showing $50. Since this is a 5‑year guaranteed rate, the price should not change. Please correct my account so the monthly charge reflects the guaranteed $40 rate. Thank you.
