4 different customer service couldn't get it right. 4+ hours on phone already. Background noise is ridiculous
Been on the phone with 4 different employees for a total of 4 hours and 15 minutes and apparently got nothing accomplished. I moved after my mother passed and left my service on for my brother and he was supposed to pay. Well he got sick and fell behind 2 months. $300 for a cell line, TV and internet. Service was disconnected and I owed $600 for 2 months. Called them and got everything shut off and a payment plan of $51.63 for 12 months. October 10th was the first payment. A few days after first call I got a lady calling to get my service turned back on. I explained everything and told her I do not want my service restored cause the house is up for sale. Was told that my account was still active and go online to make a payment plan. Couldn't make one online cause my bill was now $900. Called back and got absolutely no where. Called back got everything canceled, sending equipment back and after 50 minutes was told I need to pay $50 to restore my service and make payment plan. Apparently this idiot didn't hear anything I was saying. Probably cause they have 50 other idiots all talking at once. Completely unprofessional to listen to everyone else talking loud to other customers. $300 a month either get your overseas call centers some cubicles or hire a American company. The last lady just hung up on me cause I cut her off and started explaining my issues. At this point I don't even care if it goes on my credit. I'm trying to call corporate tomorrow and see how that goes. It's unbelievable that it takes this much effort to set up a payment plan.
