3x E Check Return Fee and 3x reactivation fees over 100 in charges

I had my bill on auto pay but I didn’t realize it was on my other bank account. Now I have 3x $25 e  check return fees, and 3x $12 reactivation fees that’s over $100 bucks on just fees. I never got notified by my bank or xfinity, this came to me as a surprise. I had xfinity for 8 years and NEVER had these fees or let alone this many all at once. This is all for the month of July, this has to be a mistake right??? Can I get some help with this, reconsidering swapping providers just because of this issue.
