$39 Internet discount expired — looking for current Internet-only offer

My 24-month $39 Internet discount just expired, increasing my monthly bill from $85.54 to $124.54. I would like to remain an Xfinity Internet customer, but I’m hoping someone can review the current existing-customer offers available on my account, including whether I can move from my current Fast plan to one of the newer Internet-only plans.

I am not interested in adding TV, mobile, or other services just to qualify for a lower rate.

Thank you.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello user_pcv2vx thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to reach out here via our Xfinity Forums with these billing and promotional offer questions!  We know that sudden bill changes can be jarring, which is why we list your promotional end date directly on your Xfinity statement for easy reference. This is found under the "Regular Monthly Charges" section.  This helps to better prepare for upcoming plan changes.

When looking for new plan offers, we do always recommend first looking through our Xfinity Plan Builder online.  Have you had a chance to do this yet?

@XfinityAlfonso,

Yes, I checked the Plan Builder. That’s actually why I’m reaching out here. It is showing 1 Gig at $100/month for me with no promotional discount, while the current advertised price for a new customer is $50/month.

My previous $39 discount just expired, so I’m trying to find a reasonable existing-customer rate rather than simply accepting the full retail price.

Could you please check whether there are any account-specific existing-customer, loyalty, or retention offers available that aren’t shown in Plan Builder? I’m interested in Internet only and don’t want to add mobile or TV just to get a lower rate.
