$30 discount on Xfinity Internet with Xfinity Mobile

We switched out Xfinity account in March of 2023 and were told we'd receive $30 per month off of our internet bill if we were Xfinity Mobile customers. After 5 months, we have never received this discount.

Hello, @blueyedesign. Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums for support, you have definitely reached out to the right place for assistance. 5 months is definitely a long time to not see the additional discount being applied, it normally takes 1-2 billing cycles based off when the mobile service is started and the residential accounts billing cycle print date. 

 

I would like to investigate this further, and help with the billing concern. Since I will need to gather some account specific information we don't want to post in our public conversation. Would you please send a direct message?
