3 Product Discount

When I made some changes to my Xfinity Internet & TV service, your agent promised me the 3 product discount if I switched my mobile service from Verizon to Xfinity.  It should be $30 off for the 3 product discount plus an additional $10 off for Automatic Payments & Paperless Billing, so a total of $40.  I noticed it wasn't added to my account, so I called.  I've been told by 3 different agents that you don't have the 3 product discount that I was promised.  I wouldn't have switched my mobile service without the discount.  Please add it to my account immediately or I will switch back to Verizon.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

@XfinityTimothyA: Please take note: "Peer to peer chat" and the "Peer to peer chat" icon were renamed "Direct Messaging" over a year ago. You are directing the poster to use something which, under the name you have given, no longer exists. Surely it's time to update your long outdated wording.

They won't give me the discount I was promised before I switched my mobile service. :(  It looks like it's time for me to switch all of my services away from Xfinity.
