2yr contract
My 2yr contract is up August and I don't want to cancel your service but the increase in monthly price will be too much for me. Is there any other contacts that you can provide me with the same or less monthly billing. If not, when would be the last day to cancel without occurring the new charges. Thank you so much

@galerie, I can take a closer look if you'd like. Please send me a DM with your name and full address by doing the following:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
