2-Year Contract

Is it possible to renew a 2-Year contract with Comcast to receive the promotional pricing? I'll be moving in the near future (just a block away from my current residence) and would like to transfer all of my Xfinity services. Will a change in service address impact the 2-Year contract?

Hey there, @KFester! First, congratulations on your move! I hope everything goes smooth with it! As far as your agreement, we can transfer over the current 2-year agreement with no changes for the remaining of the agreement or we can explore all options available to you at the new location when setting up the services to be moved. You can actually move all your services simply online, you can go here for the details https://www.xfinity.com/learn/moving. We do recommend not setting everything up until the move is about 2 weeks out, but not more than 30 days away from the move. Hope this helps clarify things, please let us know if you have any further questions/concerns.

It is my pleasure, @KFester! No worries at all, you can follow the steps below to view any legal agreements associated on your account. You can explore any 2-year agreement options available to you once you submit the move/transfer the services. If your move is withing 30 days, you can start the move following the link above and it will show available options for you. 

  1. Visit my.xfinity.com from your web browser and select the My Account tab.
  2. Sign in using your XFINITY username and password.
  3. Click the Settings tab.
  4. Click the Legal Agreements & Contract link under Account Details on the left-hand side of the screen.
  5. Click the View link to see more details about your contract and/or legal agreements with Comcast.

@XfinityAdrienne​ The home is currently undergoing an extensive remodel and it might be 3-4 months before we can move in. I found the Legal Agreements and Contracts page and do not appear to be on a 2-Year contract at this time. Since the move is that far out, can you help me get back on contract (and can that contract carry over at the new address)?

Just make sure you are logged on to your account to see the promotions available for your account.  You can also set up the services directly from the website. I am just the person to pull up your account and review your account and promotions available with you @KFester
