2nd Failure of Xfinity to Cancel My Account
I will sue Comcast if the company does not resolve this.
I. am. stopping. my. business. with. xfinity and comcast. FOREVER. CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND STOP ALL SERVICES.
On Nov 24, 2025, I told the xfinity customer representative that I wanted to cancel all my services with xfinity. He said that I would have to pay off my remaining balance and part of the current one, and then I could cancel all my services and close my account. So I paid $162.36 balance on the phone with him then and there. I was also scheduled to get a refund of $78.06 because of some overpayment I had made, according to the upcoming charges section on xfinity's site. The xfinity site actually showed "-$78.06" because that was to be refunded to me.
Now, I just checked, and I am going to get billed AGAIN FOR A NEW BILLING PERIOD of Dec 17 2025 - Jan 16 2026. And, not only am I getting billed again EVEN THOUGH I PAID OFF MY BALANCE AND MADE IT CLEAR I WAS CANCELLING ALL SERVICES WITH XFINITY, but the refund of $78.06 that I was supposed to get has mysteriously been removed.
Give me the refund I was supposed to get, and cancel my service with xfinity. I am writing this forum as written evidence in advance of a lawsuit against Comcast.
