26-year customer looking for account-specific pricing review
I've been an Xfinity customer for 26 years and would prefer to stay with Xfinity. My current bill is over $200/month, and I'm hoping to find a more competitive price for the services my household currently uses.
My current service includes:
- 1 Gig Internet
- Current TV package (approximately 125 channels)
- 4 TV boxes
- Xfinity Pro
- Current associated equipment and services
I recently spoke with a representative about lowering my bill, but we went through several different configurations and some of the lower prices involved removing services without that being clearly identified. I don't want to repeat that process.
I'd like an account-specific review of all currently available promotions, retention/loyalty offers, and longer-term pricing options for my account.
I'm open to changing my package if there are legitimate savings opportunities, but I need to understand exactly what would change. In particular, I'd like any proposed price to clearly identify the Internet service, TV package, number of boxes, Xfinity Pro, equipment charges, and other recurring charges.
Most importantly, I'd like to know the complete recurring monthly price, rather than just a promotional package price that may change once equipment or other services are included.
After 26 years, I'd really prefer to stay with Xfinity. I'm hoping someone can take a look at my account and see what the best available option is.
