$2,500 to pay off five existing phone line

I activated mobile service with your company on April 30, 2025, under a promotional offer that included:

  1. Up to $2,500 to pay off five existing phone lines.

  2. One free line for 12 months.

To date:

  • I have only received $721 toward the payoff of the five phones and lines, which is significantly below the expected promotional value.

  • My monthly bill still reflects charges for all lines, including the one that was supposed to be free for one year.

I would appreciate an immediate review of:

  • The payoff discrepancy and a breakdown of what was paid and why.

  • The free line promotion, and an adjustment of my billing to reflect the free line starting from the activation date.
