$250 Charge After Discontinuing Service

[Edited: "Inflammatory"] I was supposedly given  some $5 piece of plastic during the pandemic when social distancing was in full effect. I have no recollection of this whatsoever and am still waiting for Xfinity to produce some evidence that I signed for this random piece of plastic. Because I discontinued my service, they now want to charage me $250 for it. It is obsolete and worth nothing. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR!

Just to ensure I am on the same page as you, are you speaking about a piece of equipment that was billed after you returned it? I would be happy to further investigate with you the next steps, I just want to ensure we are on the same page.
