$25 in Returned Payment Fee
Hi, my bank declined the ACH debit (even with enough funds) autopay, probably due to fraud concerns, and I was charged $25 in Returned Payment Fee. This payment method actually worked last month, and I did not change anything. I’ve made the payment on the same date and used the same account. Please refund the fees.

You'd have to reach out to your financial institute to see why the payment was declined and returned as you can only be charged the $25 d return payment fee is if we push the payment through and your financial institute returned it back to Xfinity
