20% internet only bill increase

Xfinity internet only bill increased from $55.23 in December to $69.23 in January (20.3% increase). And this is after $10 discount for autopay. Did a quick research and figured out that xfinity's competitors offer similar internet speed 30-40% cheaper: T-mobile ($50/month - up to 182 Mbps + $150 prepaid Mastercard) or Starry ($40/month - 200Mbps fiber). Any suggestions? Did anyone have experience with those providers (for  home internet)?

Hello, @user_dz I'm not seeing your DM. It may be a good idea to send it again. Keep in mind you can sign into www.Xfinity.com to review deals. If you go to "Change Plan" after signing in you can review service options and plans available in your area. A majority of the time these are the same service options we will have access to as well.

I just received my monthly email stating my bill was ready.  I opened it up and shocked to see a 20% increase without notice.  $89 to $110. Sadly my town does not have Verizon. But I am certainly going to drop this account.

@user_x3ukos I can definitely understand the concern and need to keep bills within a budget. Typically you'll see any upcoming price increase a month or two before they occur on your billing statement. It's usually the last page. I would love the opportunity to take a look at the account and see if we are able to help you lower your bill. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
