2 year promotional deal ending
Trying to get a new deal but talking to customer service reps on phone claim no new deals. I am ready to jump to YouTube tv and no one seems to care. Frustrating for long term customer when you see offers for new subscribers.

If you ever don't have time to reach out to us here there is the great option of visiting xfinity.com, signing in with your Xfinity ID, go to build your plan, select featured deals to check to see if there are any promotions that you may be eligible for.
