Hello, I am currently using Xfinity Internet and Xfinity Mobile.

I am planning to cancel my Xfinity Internet service and switch to another internet provider.

I want to confirm that my Xfinity Mobile plan and its current pricing will remain unchanged even after my internet service is canceled.

Also, if there is any way to keep my current internet service without paying more,

I would appreciate your guidance on that as well.

@user_g5jszb Thanks for reaching out to our team for help with your billing questions. If you cancel your internet account your plan would remain unchanged. You would lose the $25 multiple product discount for having internet and your mobile bill would increase $25 since you're losing that discount. Your Mobile plan will always be available with our free XFINITY App where you can view and manage your plan as well.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
