Phishing?  Online check says my automatic payments are being paid on time.  I spent at least an hour with customer service, but no explanation for these emails.

@mjchou Thank you for reaching out and for bringing this to our attention. When you spoke with the agent by phone did they confirm that your account was up-to-date?

Yes, I spent an hour+ poking around the website to confirm my account is where it should be and then talking with a live customer service rep to also confirm and to question why I received the email about a past-due balance.  No joy on finding out WHY I got the email - and today I got another just like it.

@mjchou I am glad that you did report it to my CSA team. They will contact you back.

I no longer work for Comcast.

@mjchou I want to make sure that you do report those email to my Customer Security Assurance team. They will be able to identify if the links are phishing. You can reach them at this link: https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse.

Thanks, Zachary.  I sent a copy of the email with all info to the spam department (seemed best choice of several) via the link you sent.  Not sure if I'll get any response.
