2 accounts for the same place
So I had made a request to stop services at one address and move them to a new address. That worked fine. But now I have two bills on two different accounts. My phone bill is on my old address account and my internet bill is on my new address account. It is so frustrating I didn’t even know that I had two different accounts now.
Is there any way to move the phone bill to the new address. I would forget to switch to switch accounts to pay two bills on two different accounts. It is so frustrating not even knowing this was going to happen to begin with.
