$185 bill for $90 monthly internet only plan

I signed up for a $90 a month Wi-Fi package, no channels or sports included, no cable. And I’m being charged $185 a month consecutively for the past few months at least. It says that I went over my 1.2 terabyte monthly limit (which is confusing on your highest package) so I’ll be charge $10 extra for every 50 gigabytes used, up to $100.    Why was I not explained that was a possibility when purchasing, and why would I not have a higher allocated amount of data, if not, unlimited monthly data for an already costly plan, with an already costly internet package with no other benefits?

@user_324c79  Great question, as far as the data that would have been listed on your approval consent when you signed up for service as we note that on every order when customers  don’t have our unlimited data option. You should  have also received text and or email notification at the primary email address listed on your account when you reached 75% & 90% of your data usage to let you know your getting close .

We do offer unlimited data as well. As far as your bill amount , you can view you detail bill via our amazing xfinity app by going to manage bill  & view detailed bill, you can pull up the pdf file of eh bill it will show your regular monthly charges on page 3 and the next pages will show any additional charges you may have.

If you would like me to take a more detail look at your charges & assist with adding untimed date Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.
