15-year Diamond Member at Aurora, IL – Seeking 5-Year Price Guarantee

I'm a 15+-year Diamond Member at Aurora, IL. I just spoke to someone who gave me a $40 promo for 1 year, but I see the National 5-Year Price Guarantee for $40 is active for February 2026. As a loyal Diamond customer, I want the stability of that 5-year plan so I don't have to call back next year. Can you switch me to the 5-year version?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

I have been a customer for 33 years they offer the new account of 5  guarantee but not us old slobs I watch my book over $140 to $240 in a matter of years so I cut it back to 135 2 years ago now it's up to 149 figure that out they say that when their costs go up they have the right to go up it's too bad for us we don't like it
