$14.00 modem charge
Recently I went over my bills and I noticed that I am being charged an additional $14.00 a month for DATA MODEM. Looking at my payment history I have been paying for this since I first got my Comcast internet many years ago. I have never used Comcast's/Xfinity's modem. I have always purchased and used my own. Trying to reach anyone on the phone is impossible and the Xfinity Assistant is utterly useless. Who do I need to contact to have this charge removed from my monthly bill?
