12 Month Promotion Plan Ending, 30% Hike Imminent

My 12 month promotion plan is ending in two weeks (Internet & TV).  I am looking for a new promotion plan or a way to reduce my bill as it has now skyrocketed 30%.  I am not looking to ADD any services, channels, equipment, phone, etc. as my goal is to LOWER my monthly price, not raise it.  Please advise of my options.  Thank you in advance.
