$100.00 Visa Reward Card

Hello, I have not received my Educators $100. Reward Visa Card? I put my account . into where is my reward card and it stated there is not a reward on record? Please help me with this . As I had so much trouble just getting instalations and now not recieving something that I was promised! This is not good customer service.
