$100 was taken out of my account erroneously.

Exactly $100 American dollars was taken out of my account without a receipt or foreknowledge, taxation without representation is a dubious sin in my book. I have paid my bills on time and have auto pay. My bill for internet and my phone are on separate days and are both accounted for with proper representation, however $100 to Comcast Bellingham has their hand in my pocket, what's going on? (Get your hand out my pocket)
