100$ suprise charge for technician visit

$100 surprise fee for technician visit. If a fee is going to be charged Xfinity to make this known before scheduling an appointment to fix their faulty internet services. I recently moved from one apartment to another and moved my internet service. After installing router internet was not working. I called up customer care and she diagnosed and said that she will send a technician tomorrow and never mentioned about any charges.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
