$100 Service Fee for Nothing

The title is NOT an over exaggeration.

My Internet was cutting out every night. Reasonably, I called someone to fix it. I was not informed it would cost $100. He came during the time, performed his tests, said he found “nothing wrong.”

That night, the Internet went out again.

Nothing was fixed, and it’s assumed that the outage was related to the amount of people going on the internet in my building. I received a $100 charge for nothing at all. I texted an agent about this charge, and he told me the charge would be reversed if I called and spoke to a representative.

When I call to dispute this absurd, impossible charge, they claim I’m being charged because of a new wire. To clarify, I’m being charged ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS to replace a wire that THEY DIDNT EVEN REPLACE. The wire I have is the same wire I owned! I was in the same room the entire time! 
I will not be paying this charge, because of the sheer absurdity of it. Nothing was fixed. Nothing was replaced. I will not be paying $100 for a man to come into my house and leave.
